Our professional development is organized around the four critical phases* to mapping:

The prologue to mapping, Establishing the reasons for mapping, and Creating a Shared Vision.
II. Launching the Process / Getting Started
Ensuring Long-Term Support, Creating Individual Maps, Initiating the Review Process, Developing Consensus Maps, and Master Mapping Strategies
III. Maintaining, Sustaining and Integrating Mapping into the System
Establishing Benchmark Assessments, Merging Assessment Results into Maps, Integrating Active Literacy, Developing an Implementation Map/Plan, Making the HUB work: Integrating Other Initiatives
IV. Advanced Mapping Tasks
Integrating 21st Century Skills, Replacing Dated Curriculum, Upgrading to Contemporary Assessment Types, and Rethinking School Formats and Structures.
